IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO GET YOUR ORTHO BUCKS FROM YOUR DENTAL ASSISTANT AT YOUR APPOINTMENT! YOU MAY NOT RECEIVE "PAST DUE" BUCKS!

  1. Please, arrive on time ~ even early to brush
  2. Have healthy gums, clean teeth & sparkling braces!
  3. Have nothing loose, broken or tweaked or have called in before appointment day to let us know you do!
  4. Proof of 6 month cleaning with your dentist
  5. Wearing your Nalchajian Ortho T-Shirt to appointments
    (Don't have a T-Shirt? Ask us how to get one!)
  6. Refer a friend who has never been here and get 1 0rtho bucks!

Your ORTHO BUCKS are just like money so put them in a safe place.
