We are so excited to meet you! At this complimentary appointment you'll talk with Dr. Greg or Dr. Nicole (they are both GREAT!) and one of our Treatment Coordinators to discuss your concerns. Dr. Nalchajian will conduct a thorough examination and review all potential treatment options. We'll use the latest digitial imaging technology to create a customized treatment plan - and yes, that also includes a payment plan!
During the initial examination for each patient, we will address the following questions that cover the basics of orthodontic treatment. We encourage you to ask questions as well.
- Is there a condition that orthodontics can address?
- Is treatment needed now or should treatment be delayed until appropriate growth, tooth eruption or other factors have occurred?
- What treatment procedures will be used to correct the problem?
- Do any permanent teeth need to be removed?
- How long will treatment take?
- How much will it cost?
- What are my payment options?
We are also happy to assist you with coordinating any insurance benefits you may have. In most cases, we can check on insurance prior to your first appointment if you provided that information during the new patient call. Please bring your insurance card to this first appointment, along with any questions you might have.
Our team also works closely with patients who have Flexible Spending Accounts for healthcare through the employers. Our Financial Coordinator will gladly set up a customized payment plan that will maximize your yearly benefit in a way that is most convenient for you!
